02

Raster Sunset

A sunset drawn pixel by pixel into a raster buffer — smoothstep gradients, banded colour ramps, and a sun that sinks on its own clock. One custom element, no dependencies.

Canvas · Web Component
03

Synth Sunset Card

A 144×256 pixel scene upscaled with no smoothing, so every pixel stays square. Ordered dithering fakes a deeper palette than it actually has — the trick old consoles used.

04

Estate Jewelry Box

A walnut box of estate jewelry, modelled and lit in real time — the lid opens on its own, every piece highlights on hover and lifts out for inspection, and the whole scene rotates on drag. Built for Naples Estate Jewelry.

01 Curl-Flow Particle Field #Canvas#Particles Motion Study

Curl-Flow Particle Field

The background of this page: thousands of particles streaming along an evolving curl-noise field, drawn additively so overlapping currents bloom instead of muddying. Strokes batch by colour to keep the draw-call count flat, and the cursor bends the field it moves through.

02 The Parallax Engine #SVG#GSAP Scroll Motion

The Parallax Engine

The homepage is one hand-drawn inline SVG — sunset, clouds, moon, bats, stars — driven by a single GSAP timeline scrubbed across a 6,000-pixel scroll runway. Three scenes hand off with visibility swaps, and a pin-release step passes the scroll back to the footer at the end.

03 CRT Panel Programs #Canvas#Perf Micro-Rendering

CRT Panel Programs

Sixteen tiny canvas programs drive the mini-screens on every card row — radar sweeps, candlesticks, barcode scans, voxel type. One shared animation loop runs all of them, an observer parks the off-screen ones, and the scanline dressing is baked into the canvas rather than layered over it in CSS.
